Foxglove Care is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to empower individuals to live independently and engage in community activities. You will support health and wellbeing, provide dignified personal care, and maintain a safe, homely environment.

You will collaborate with families and external agencies, ensuring clear documentation and safeguarding. Ongoing training and development are encouraged to deliver excellent care.

• Empower service users to live independently and engage in community activities.
• Support health and wellbeing, including medication administration where competency is shown.
• Provide personal care with dignity and maintain confidentiality.
• Create a safe, homely environment for service users.
• Maintain clear documentation and communication with families and external agencies.
• Participate in training and meetings for ongoing development.
