Job summary

The Bridge Care is seeking a friendly, motivated Support Worker to help adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs live independently and with dignity. You’ll provide person-centred support, assist with daily living tasks and help people access the community.

No prior experience is required. We offer full training, ongoing guidance and a supportive team across Yorkshire, with day and night shifts.

• Support adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.
• Provide person-centred support tailored to individual needs and goals.

• Help develop life skills, confidence and independence.
• Follow individual support plans and risk assessments.
