Job summary

National Care Group Limited is seeking a compassionate Support Worker for Oaklea Care & Support – Walliscote Road in Weston-super-Mare. The role is 37.5 hours per week with a salary of £13.28 per hour (£25,896 per annum based on 37.5 hours).

You will work with young adults who have complex needs to support independence and daily living skills. Key duties include building relationships, planning goals, assisting with personal care and medications, cooking, cleaning, and arranging activities.

Responsibilities

• Help individuals become more independent wherever possible.
