Support Worker - Complex Needs

Weston-super-Mare
£13.75 per hour + £60 sleep-in rate

We're looking for experienced Support Workers to support adults aged 18+ (and some young people aged 16+) within community-based services in Weston-super-Mare.

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
• Experience supporting individuals with complex needs, disabilities, and challenging behaviour
• Previous community-based support experience
• Confident working independently and lone working
• Full UK driving licence preferred
