Job summary

IBC Healthcare is seeking an Adults Support Worker to join our Residential Service in New Mills, High Peak. You’ll provide person-centred support to adults with disabilities, helping them live fulfilling, independent lives.

The role involves daily living tasks, community access, and maintaining accurate records. We offer a competitive pay rate of £12.81 per hour, 42 hours per week, daytime shifts, and ongoing training with funded qualifications and career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting people with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, or complex needs.
• Ability to work independently and in a team with strong communication.
• Excellent time management, accuracy, and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide emotional and practical support to help achieve personal goals.
• Help clients access the community and social activities.
