• Experience in residential care or social support is a plus.
• Commitment to safeguarding and person-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred support to individuals, promoting independence and dignity.
• Encourage life skills, education, volunteering and community activities.
• Assist with personal care, mobility, nutrition, continence and equipment.
• Support health and wellbeing, attend appointments and maintain records.
• Administer and manage medication safely according to policy and training.
• Follow PBS strategies and safeguard individuals from harm.
