Thera Group seeks a compassionate Support Worker to join the Thera East Anglia team. You will support adults with learning disabilities, helping them develop skills, manage daily routines, and participate in community activities.
A calm, patient approach and strong communication are essential for success in this role. Experience with epilepsy and hoist operation is required, along with a full UK driving licence.

Hours: Full Time & Part Time positions available
Salary: £13.10 per hour

It’s a role that can be fun and rewarding, and at times challenging and demanding — often in equal measure. You could be supporting people in their own home or out and about in their community.
