Job summary

The Langley in Ramsbottom, Lancashire, is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our friendly team. This permanent, full-time role (37.5 hours per week) involves providing keywork support, personal care, and helping clients access health and social services.

You will work 3x12.5 hour shifts, including occasional weekends, with a focus on empowering clients, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to safe, respectful daily living.

Qualifications

• Experience in person-centred support.
• Ability to de-escalate risk.
• Willingness to work weekends.
• DBS check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide keywork support and accurate client records.
• Support safe service, medication procedures, meetings, and complaints.
• Provide personal care per care plans.
• Assess and manage risk and behaviour with planning and de-escalation.
• Maintain service security and safety, liaising with stakeholders.
