Job summary

Swanton Care & Community Ltd in Tonypandy, Wales East, is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team. You will provide practical and emotional support, help people to pursue goals, and work 40 hours per week across days, evenings, nights and weekends.

This role requires compassion, good communication, and a commitment to person-centered care. Full DBS check and references required; sponsorship is not offered.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical and emotional support to empower people to pursue goals in line with individual support plans.

• Assist with social, educational, or recreational activities and community access.
• Complete a range of records and documents as part of routine duties.
