Responsibilities

• Safeguard young adults at all times as part of the staff team
• Participate in recreational events within the home and wider community
• Assist with practical tasks such as cooking and cleaning
• Create positive relationships with the young adults, maintaining dignity and respect
• Meet the physical, emotional, behavioural and cultural needs of the young adults
• Maintain accurate and clear record keeping
• Review and record changes to residents' needs
• Contribute to team development
