Knowsley Council is recruiting Newly Qualified & Experienced Social Workers to support adults with diverse needs. You'll conduct strengths-based assessments, develop person-centred plans, and undertake safeguarding enquiries with professional judgement.

Qualifications

• Newly Qualified & Experienced Social Workers welcomed.
• Relevant social work qualification and registration required.
• Ability to work with adults with diverse needs in a supportive setting.

Responsibilities

• Work with adults with a wide range of needs, including mental health and physical disabilities.
• Complete strengths-based assessments and develop person-centred support plans.
• Undertake safeguarding enquiries with professional judgement.
• Collaborate with health partners, voluntary agencies, carers and families.
• Promote independence, wellbeing and choice under the Care Act 2014.
• Contribute to a positive, reflective team environment.
