Job summary

Oasis Academy New Oak in Bristol is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join The Orchard Autism Resource Base. You will support learners with differentiated needs, help them access learning, and calmly manage challenging behaviours within a structured setting to maximise potential.

Essential requirements include NVQ/VRQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent, Maths and English GCSEs at A*-C/9-4, and prior SEN experience.

Qualifications

• NVQ/VRQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
• Maths and English GCSE grade A-C (9-4) or Numeracy/Literacy Level 2 or equivalent.
• Experience in a specialist SEN setting, resource base, or SEN provision.
