Elton High is seeking a committed Teaching Assistant Level 3 to support students with physical disabilities, enabling access to a full school life across KS3/KS4. The role is 29.35 hours per week during term time, plus three additional days during school closures, within a highly collaborative department.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (Grade 7) held.
• Experience supporting students with physical disabilities is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support to students across KS3 and KS4.
• Support students with physical disabilities to access full school life and participate in lessons.
• Work with teaching staff to adapt activities and ensure inclusive learning.
