Job summary

Kingswood Primary School is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to work one-to-one with two named children with additional learning needs. The role supports inclusion and aims to help all children reach their potential.

You will work within a committed team of TAs and teachers, contributing to assessment and planning, and fostering a safe, supportive learning environment. This is a full-time, term-time position with 38 weeks per year.

Qualifications

• Good level of general educational qualifications.
• Interest in special educational needs (SEN).
• Ability to understand learning processes and contribute to assessment and planning.
• High expectations with a caring attitude and flexibility.
• Knowledge of providing a safe and secure environment for children.
