Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils in lessons across a range of subjects.
• Providing one-to-one and small-group support.
• Helping pupils remain focused, engaged and motivated.
• Supporting students with additional learning or pastoral needs.
• Promoting positive behaviour and reinforcing the school’s expectations.
• Working closely with teachers, pastoral staff and the SEND team.
• Helping to create a safe, inclusive and encouraging learning environment.
