Job summary

The Wallich in Bridgend is seeking a residential support worker to assist Service Users with housing needs and personal difficulties, promoting independence and successful progression to stable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide residential support enabling Service Users to address housing and/or personal difficulties and improve independence.
• Help Service Users build skills and confidence to maintain future accommodation.
• Accompany Service Users initially to familiarise them with activities/appointments and promote involvement.
• Assist with housing management needs to ensure a safe, secure and effective service.
