Job summary

The Wallich in Bridgend is seeking a residential support worker to engage with Service Users who have housing and personal difficulties. You will work 37.5 hours per week on a rolling rota that includes some evenings and one weekend in two, helping people build skills and independence.

This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS disclosure, and a driving licence with access to your own vehicle is essential to reach service locations.
