Job summary

Resicare Alliance Ltd is seeking a Residential Support Worker to provide safe, person-centred care to adults in our residential service. You will help maintain independence, support daily living skills, and promote dignity and wellbeing in a warm, respectful environment.

As part of a dedicated team, you will follow care plans, assist with personal care, participate in reviews, and engage with families and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work towards Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care within an agreed timeframe.
• Enhanced DBS check suitable for working with vulnerable adults.
• Genuine motivation to support adults and make a positive difference.
• Full UK driving licence (if stated in ad)

Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality, person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence and wellbeing.
• Building positive relationships based on trust, respect and consistency.
• Supporting individuals with personal care, activities and health appointments.
• Maintaining accurate records and contributing to care planning and reviews.
