Job summary

Llamau Limited in Bridgend is seeking a part-time Support Worker to join a team delivering housing-related support to women. The role involves strengthening independence, developing personalised support plans, and working with partners across local agencies to promote education, employment and safe living.

You will participate in an on-call rota, with 28 hours weekly, and be required to contribute to a responsive, inclusive service while upholding the Equality Act and promoting equal

Qualifications

• It's about giving them a safe and inclusive home and help to achieve their potential, transition into independent living, and engage in employment or education
• You’ll act as a key worker to motivate and empower women to gain independence and reach their full potential
• You’ll create support plans and help women achieve their goals and independence, working collaboratively as part of a team who embrace differences
• Promote your services and work closely with relevant local agencies such as the local authority, specialist charities, education and training providers, probation, social services, and housing provisions etc.
• This vacancy is open to females only (Exempt under the Equality Act 2010, pursuant to schedule 9, Part 1).
