Bridgend County Borough Council is seeking a Social Care Worker for the Supported Living Service on a part-time basis in Bridgend. You will assist adults with learning disabilities to live independently, focusing on person-centred care, daily living tasks, and community participation.

We welcome applicants including those new to the role. The post includes funded qualifications (QCF Level 2+), extensive training, generous leave, and a pension scheme, with night and weekend duties as required.
