Qualifications

• Support individuals and small groups under the direction and supervision of teaching staff.
• Help pupils understand instructions, remain engaged and develop independence in their learning.
• Promote inclusion, positive behaviour, and pupils’ social and emotional wellbeing.
• Prepare learning spaces and resources, and assist with supervision, visits, tests and personal care where required.
• Record relevant pupil information, provide feedback to teachers and contribute to observation and assessment
