Job summary

Virgin Active is seeking a Swim Instructor to join our Family Activities Team in London. You will deliver high-quality, engaging lessons for all ages, following the national teaching plan and ensuring a safe, enjoyable learning environment while delivering excellent member experiences.

You’ll promote classes, track attendance, and work with Swim management to meet targets, contributing to the success of the club's swim programme and member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Requires Swim England/ASA Level 2 in Teaching Swimming or STA Level 2 Certificate.
• Exceptional communication skills and experience in a customer facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Promote and deliver swimming lessons to the highest standard.
• Develop creative classes following the national plan for Teaching Swimming.
• Provide a safe and enjoyable environment for all members.
• Deliver great customer service with personal attention to members.
• Accurately complete records to track attendance and improvements in fitness.
• Collaborate with Swim management to meet targets and support commercial success.
