Virgin Active in London is seeking a Family Activities Manager to lead the Family Activities Team and deliver outstanding member experiences daily. You will oversee programmes for children from 6 weeks to 16 years, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage swim lesson activities for both children and adults.

The role requires a minimum Level 3 childcare qualification, strong leadership, and a track record of achieving financial targets. A rewarding benefits package accompanies a 40-hour work week.

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in a childcare-related field.
• Strong people management and organisational skills.
• Proven track record of surpassing financial targets.
• Commitment to Junior Activities, Swim and Health and Safety policies.

Responsabilidades

• Overseeing day-to-day management and compliance of all Family Activities for children aged 6 weeks to 16 years.
• Ensure the club meets statutory requirements and complies with VA guidelines.
• Develop and oversee a programme of group and individual swim lessons for children and adults.
• Maintain knowledge of STA England requirements and Virgin Active best practices.
• Ensure safeguarding policies are followed and staff are trained on reporting procedures.
• Take on Duty Shift responsibilities as needed, leading by example in club management.
