Job summary

Virgin Active is seeking a Swim Instructor to join our Family Activities Team. You will inspire swimmers of all ages with engaging, high-quality lessons that build confidence and skills, while creating a safe, welcoming learning environment and delivering exceptional member experiences.

You should hold Swim England/ASA Level 2 or STA Level 2 teaching certificate, be flexible and friendly, and able to connect with members from all walks of life in a busy club setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with members in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with members of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Promote and deliver swimming lessons to the highest standard.
• Develop classes following national teaching plans.
• Ensure a safe environment around the pool and surrounding areas.
