Job summary

One Fylde is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to empower people with learning disabilities and autism to lead independent lives, enjoy daily activities, and engage with their community.

No prior experience required—full training will be provided. The role includes flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, with a strong emphasis on safety, person-centred support and collaboration with families and social services.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and patient approach to supporting individuals.
• Strong communication skills with families, social services and internal teams.
• Willingness to learn and follow documented support plans.

• Maintain a high-quality service for people we support.
• Ensure safe, comfortable living environments for individuals.

• Follow support plans and Health and Safety requirements.
• Advocate for the rights and needs of the people we support.
