Job summary

Liquid Personnel is seeking an Occupational Therapist to undertake strength-based reviews and assessments under the Care Act 2014. You will collaborate with service users, carers and multi-disciplinary teams to promote independence and coordinate equipment and adaptations.

The role requires HCPC registration and a degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy, with experience in adult social care and strong knowledge of relevant legislation.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy.
• HCPC registration.
• Experience working in adult social care settings.
• Strong knowledge of the Care Act 2014.

Responsibilities

• Undertake strength-based reviews and assessments in line with the Care Act 2014.
• Work collaboratively with service users, carers, and multi-disciplinary teams to promote independence.
• Recommend and coordinate the provision of equipment and adaptations.
• Contribute to service development and the piloting of new approaches within the Review Team.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Education

Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy

HCPC registration

Experience working in adult social care settings

Strong knowledge of Care Act 2014
