Job summary

JustOT is seeking an Occupational Therapist to support adults in the West Locality Adult Social Care team, conducting person-centred assessments to enable safe, independent living in the community.

You will provide OT advice to colleagues, undertake supervisory duties as directed by the Team Leader, and maintain robust records in line with HCPC guidance.

Knowledge of the Care Act 2014, safeguarding, and appropriate consent is required as part of the governance framework.

Responsibilities

• Conduct person-centred assessments to enable adults to live safely in the community.
• Provide occupational therapy advice to team members and supervise as directed by the Team Leader.
• Maintain robust records in line with HCPC and professional body recommendations.
• Understand and apply relevant legislation including Care Act 2014, Safeguarding, Mental Capacity, DOLs, CHC.
