Job summary

Choice Support is recruiting two full-time support workers for its mental health team in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on person-centred support to promote independence, wellbeing and recovery, including daily living tasks and medication administration.

Training is provided; DBS and reference checks are part of the process, with shifts across 39 hours per week. Experience in mental health is not required, as full induction is offered and a safe, supportive environment is provided to work

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support to people experiencing mental health challenges, promoting independence, wellbeing and recovery

• Maintain accurate records
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective care
