Job summary

ECL, based in Harlow, is seeking a Learning Disabilities Support Worker to join our dedicated team. This permanent, part-time role offers 30 hours per week at £12.91 per hour, with travel across Essex for training and support activities.

You will deliver personalised care plans, provide practical, emotional and social support, and help individuals achieve independence and improved daily living skills in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• To be passionate about providing a high level of care and support to adults with learning disabilities and/or autism.
• Exceptional listening and communication skills.
• Empathetic approach.
• Willing to provide personal care.
• Basic IT skills for logging customer information.
• Proactive and able to work on your own initiative.
• Flexible to meet the needs of the work environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised plans to support individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism.
