Job summary

Carr Gomm in Campbeltown is seeking a part-time Housing Support Practitioner to empower people facing homelessness to live independently. You will work with individuals to implement personalised support plans, build skills for tenancy, budgeting and community engagement.

Full training is provided, including SVQ qualifications, with ongoing supervision from the Service Manager. You will join a compassionate, person-centred team dedicated to improving outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Regularly review and update support plans to stay relevant and goal focused.
• Assess needs and develop and review support plans.
• Advocate for individuals and connect them to community resources.
• Maintain accurate records, including risk assessments and reports.
• Provide practical support for tenancy management and independent living.
