iBC Healthcare is seeking compassionate Support Workers for our Day Centre in Birmingham. The role focuses on supporting adults with learning and physical disabilities to participate in meaningful activities and community inclusion.

Working hours are 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work. Full-time position at 35 hours per week, paying £12.81 per hour. Opportunities for career progression and a supportive team environment available.
