Job summary

IBC Healthcare in Birmingham is seeking compassionate, creative Support Workers to join our Day Centre team, delivering engaging activities for adults with learning and physical disabilities. Hours are 8:30am–3:00pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work.

A full UK driving licence is essential and you will support participants to engage, learn, and grow. Salary is £12.81 per hour for 35 hours per week, with a supportive, inclusive team culture and opportunities for progression within
