Job summary

Reside Support Limited is seeking motivated caregivers to support adults with Autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs in their own homes or supported living settings. Training, supervision, and career development are provided, with transition support from Macclesfield to Crewe.

The role emphasises proactive, person-centred care, teamwork, and effective communication to empower clients and improve wellbeing.

Qualifications

Compassionate and genuinely committed to making a difference.
Reliable, resilient, and reflective.
Proactive, with the ability to problem-solve and adapt.
Able to work well in a team and independently.
Good communicators, able to follow plans and respond appropriately in challenging situations.
Full UK driving license.

Responsibilities

Provide respectful and dignified personal care where required.
Assist with daily living routines including meals, mobility, and household tasks.
Encourage choice, control, and independence in all areas of life.
Support community inclusion, hobbies, and personal goals.
Promote health, wellbeing, and safety at all times.
Maintain clear, respectful communication with individuals, families, and team members.
