Job summary

Agincare Bristol service is seeking a Specialist Support Worker to help individuals with learning disabilities live more independently and happily within their community. You’ll support daily routines, personal care, and social activities, building meaningful connections and person-centred care.

We offer training up to QCF Level 5, full support, and opportunities for career development within a values-led team. Applicants must have a full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Calm, patient and caring approach with willingness to learn and build trust.
• Full UK driving licence.
• At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.
• Experience in care or support roles preferred.
• Fully funded training up to QCF Level 5.
