Agincare Bristol is seeking a Specialist Support Worker to help individuals with learning disabilities live more independently and joyfully in their community. You’ll provide person-centred care, assist with daily routines, accompany people on community activities and holidays, and build trusting relationships with service users.

You will follow personalised plans, support communication, maintain accurate records, and uphold safety and wellbeing.
