Job summary

Agincare in Bristol is seeking a Specialist Support Worker to help individuals with learning disabilities thrive in their community. You will provide person-centred support, assist with daily routines, and help them access activities and holidays, promoting independence and safety.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Right to work in the UK with at least 12 months remaining.
• Experience in care or similar setting preferred.

You'll help with personal care and daily routines, while building meaningful, lasting connections. From supporting days out in the community to holidays and new experiences, You'll ensure their care is truly person-centred, respecting their choices, promoting their safety and helping them do the things they love most.

Your role:

• Provide person-centred support and personal care

• Support communication in a way that works for them
• Follow care plans and maintain accurate records
• Promote independence, safety, and wellbeing
  A calm, patient and caring approach with the willingness to learn and build trust
• Experience required
• A team player who values consistency
• A Full UK driving licence
• At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK
