Lifeways is the UK’s largest supported living provider and is seeking Care Support Workers to help young adults with autism, learning difficulties and complex needs live more independently. The role is based at The Haven Apartments in Peacehaven and offers full-time and part-time options in a compassionate, team-oriented environment.

We provide full training, DBS paid for, and opportunities for qualifications and progression.

Qualifications

• Experience or willingness to work with adults with autism, learning difficulties and complex needs.
• Commitment to promoting choice, dignity and respect in daily life.
• Ability to work as part of a close-knit, supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals to live independently and achieve personal goals.
• Assist with activities of daily living and community participation.
• Follow care plans and report progress to the team.
