Job summary

CIH International Housing Group is seeking a Housing Support Worker for the Doncaster Care Leavers Accommodation and Support Service (CLASS). You will help young people aged 16–25, including care leavers and unaccompanied asylum-seeking children, develop confidence, skills and independence for independent living across Doncaster and Rotherham.

• Must be able to apply and promote risk management practices in line with policies and guidance.
• Good safeguarding understanding and best practice when working with vulnerable young people.
• Experience supporting individuals both one-to-one and in group settings to navigate challenges and achieve positive outcomes.
