Job summary

Witherslack Group is seeking a Residential Support Worker to help children and young people regain a sense of normal childhoods within our homes. You will support daily routines, schooling, and activities, building trust and guiding young people toward a positive future.

Qualifications

• A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months is required.
• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or be funded to study) would be an advantage.
• Commitment to safeguarding and supporting young people in care.

Responsibilities

• Support our young people with daily routines, school readiness and homework.
• Assist with paperwork and planning activities for evenings and weekends.
• Create lasting memories through engaging activities and positive interactions.
• Contribute to a safe, nurturing environment across our homes.
