Weightmans is recruiting a Paralegal to join its national Employment team, based in one of: Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle or Nottingham. The role supports case handlers on employment tribunal claims and involves document management, drafting, and client communications.
The position is LI-Hybrid and requires prior employment tribunal litigation experience, strong organisation, and IT skills. You will work as part of a team, demonstrate initiative, and contribute to Weightmans’ values

We are currently recruiting for a Paralegal to join our national Employment team, based in either our Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle or Nottingham offices. The successful candidate will work as part of a team providing support to case handlers.
