The Employment team in Birmingham advises clients on a range of complex matters, including redundancies, disciplinary and grievance procedures, TUPE, absence management, and Settlement Agreements. The team also represents clients in Employment Tribunal claims and higher court proceedings.
Working in our Employment team is a fantastic opportunity to get involved in challenging and complex cases, whilst learning from the very best. Working as a Paralegal, you’ll support the team on all aspects of our work.You’ll need to have the confidence to deal with matters right from the very beginning, being both approachable as well as efficient to resolve matters as quickly as possible for our clients. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values innovation, integrity, and impact.
