RMErecruit is seeking an Employment Tax Manager in Belfast to lead tax compliance and advisory work at the intersection of tax and employment law. The role focuses on PAYE, National Insurance, worker status, and compliance with HMRC standards.

You will manage regulatory matters (IR35, NMW, CIS), oversee P11D and PSA delivery, and partner with HR and Finance to implement tax-efficient workforce strategies in a Northern Ireland portfolio.

Formación

• CTA or ACA/ACCA accreditation required.
• Experience in employment tax advisory.
• Ability to interpret legislation into practical solutions for clients.

Responsabilidades

• Lead employment tax compliance and advisory for NI and PAYE.
• Coordinate HMRC inquiries and keep abreast of regulatory changes.
• Mentor tax team and collaborate with HR/Finance to implement solutions.
