Align workforce decisions with current tax law while navigating the legal nuances of employment contracts.* **Compliance Leadership:** Drive high-stakes regulatory matters including **IR35**, **National Minimum Wage**, and **Construction Industry Scheme (CIS)**. Oversee **P11D** and **PAYE Settlement Agreement (PSA)** delivery with total accuracy.* **Risk & HMRC Liaison:** Mitigate financial risk by staying ahead of legislative shifts. Lead technical responses to **HMRC** inquiries and act as the primary authority on workforce regulation.* **Strategic Client Management:** Manage a diverse Northern Ireland business portfolio.
