Qualifications

• Extensive experience mentoring participants with barriers to employment.
• Strong knowledge of employment, benefits and welfare reform in Wales.
• Experience with supported employment methodology and fidelity.
• Track record of achieving targets in employability.
• Experience with hard-to-reach client groups.

Responsibilities
