Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IPS-based employment support.
• Ability to engage with diverse clients, including those with health or disability barriers.
• Proven ability to build and maintain employer relationships within IPS framework.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred information, advice and guidance to a caseload of around 25 clients.
• Develop and sustain relationships with employers to source suitable opportunities.
• Collaborate with health providers, mental health services and JCP to ensure integrated support.
• Maintain accurate participant paperwork and CRM records to reflect tailored support and progress.
