Job summary

Chadwick Nott is seeking a senior Employment Solicitor to join the West Midlands team in the Brierley Hill area. The role involves managing a diverse employment law caseload, delivering advice and representation in both contentious and non-contentious matters, and handling tribunal proceedings including ACAS Early Conciliation.

The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Solicitor with a proven track record and excellent client care, communication, negotiation, and drafting skills.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor able to work unsupervised.
• Proven track record handling both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong negotiation and drafting skills.

Leading West Midlands firm seeks a senior employment solicitor to join their expanding Brierley Hill team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of employment law matters including contracts, disciplinary matters, grievances, redundancy, TUPE, and tribunal claims
• Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in both contentious and non-contentious employment issues
• Represent clients in employment tribunal proceedings. You will need to have experience issuing employment tribunal claims and dealing with ACAS Early Conciliation
• Support individuals and businesses
• Assist with settlement agreements and negotiation with the other side

About you

• Qualified Solicitor and be able to work unsupervised
