• 2-4 years' PQE in Employment Law.
• Experience acting for both claimants and respondents.
• Strong technical ability and client care.

Responsibilities

• You’ll work across employer and employee matters, handling advisory and contentious employment work.
• Manage tribunal cases, day-to-day HR support, contracts and policies, discrimination matters, and business-focused advice.
• You’ll run your own files with support from a collaborative team and help develop the HR Advantage service.
