Irwin Mitchell LLP is seeking an Employment Solicitor in Manchester with 1–4 years PQE to handle a range of employment matters in a dynamic team. You will advise on redundancies, TUPE and settlements, represent clients in tribunal claims, and nurture key client relationships.

You will join a collaborative, ambitious team that values integrity, innovation and impact, with strong opportunities for professional growth.

Formación

• 1–4 years PQE relevant to Employment law.
• Experience in Employment law matters.
• Enthusiasm for contentious employment law and achieving best outcomes under pressure.
• Ability to manage a substantial and varied workload.

Responsabilidades

• Advise on a broad spectrum of employment issues including redundancies, disciplinary and grievance procedures, TUPE, absence management and Settlement Agreements.
• Represent clients in Employment Tribunal claims and higher court proceedings.
• Lead client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.
• Mentor junior lawyers and support their growth and development.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to deliver high‑quality service.
