BCL Legal is representing a top Employment team seeking an Employment Solicitor at NQ to 3 years PQE for a hybrid role in Greater Manchester. You will handle a full range of contentious and non-contentious matters for commercial clients, from OMBs to FTSE 100 executives, with strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Must have employment law experience in a recognised team.
• Exposure to both contentious and non-contentious matters.
• Experience advising claimant and respondent clients.

Responsibilities

• Handle a full range of employment matters, both contentious and non-contentious.
• Develop and maintain client relationships across commercial clients.
• Support and collaborate with a senior Employment team on complex cases.

The Role

Working within a well established and friendly team of Employment Law experts

The team works very collaboratively offering support and career development opportunities to everyone

The client base is varied and includes primarily commercial clients ranging from OMB's to FTSE 100 businesses and senior executives / individuals requiring complex employment advice

This role will include a full range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters including equality and discrimination; reorganisations and redundancies; restrictive covenants; TUPE, corporate support and Tribunal claims.

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor NQ - 3 PQE
• Employment experience gained in a recognised team
• Exposure to contentious and non contentious Employment matters
• Advising claimant and respondent clients
