Qualifications

• Scottish qualified employment law solicitor
• Experience across contentious and non-contentious work
• Experience advising employer clients
• Excellent communication and client-management skills

Responsibilities

• Advise employer clients on a broad range of workplace issues
• Handle workplace disputes and employee relations
• Assist with restructuring, redundancy and TUPE
• Draft contracts, policies and workplace documents
• Provide training and updates to clients
